What are the responsibilities and job description for the IS Sr Technical Support Analyst position at Jackson Hospital and Clinic?
Responsible for implementing activities of technology projects relating to IT hardware and software resources and support ensuring goals are accomplished for Jackson Hospital and Clinic. May be assigned trainer role within the scope of authority.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in an associated Information Technology discipline preferred. Valid State driver’s license is required. IT Certifications (e.g. COMPTIA A , Network or Security ) desired. Seven (7) years’ experience with Information Technology solutions. Two (2) years of experience in related field may be substituted for each year of college.
