Responsibilities
- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and conduct regular surveillance patrols to identify suspicious activity or safety hazards.
- Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including medical emergencies requiring CPR or first aid.
- Enforce loss prevention policies by deterring theft and unauthorized access.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism using conflict management techniques to de-escalate disputes.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security reports for record-keeping and analysis.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Must be able to pass a full backgroundcheck. Be a US citizen with validdrivers license. Pass any drug testing offered.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of security protocols, loss prevention strategies, and conflict management techniques.
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods; ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.
