What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day operations of multiple retail tax offices.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop seasonal team members.
- Coach and mentor employees to deliver outstanding client service.
- Assist with training initiatives and tax season readiness.
- Conduct regular office visits to ensure company standards are met.
- Help resolve client concerns and support escalated situations.
- Monitor office performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support marketing, community outreach, and client retention efforts.
- Assist with office setup, technology readiness, facilities needs, and supplies.
- Partner with the District Manager to achieve revenue, growth, and staffing goals.
- 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
- Strong communication and people-development skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other business applications.
- Tax preparation knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
- Hands-on leadership experience across multiple business functions.
