Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license in good standing with the State License Board for Illinois.
- Credentials evaluated by FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF, or IEC when applicable.
- Experience providing physical therapy services in a school-based setting or working with pediatric populations.
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.
- Experience working in self-contained or resource classroom settings at elementary and middle school levels.
- Prior experience collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams.
- Part time.
- Orientation: 8/3 and 8/4.
