What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field from an accredited institution
- Current BCBA certification
- Supervised experience required
- Completion of an approved master’s degree in school counseling program from a regionally accredited college or university
- Traditional K12 building based schedule
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavior drivers.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Collect, analyze, and use behavioral data to guide decisions and measure progress.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), staff, and caregivers.
- Provide classroom consultation and model evidence-based behavior strategies.
