Kirby Bates is seeking an experienced Interim Vice President of Enterprise Analytics to lead our data and analytics function during a period of executive transition. This is a critical leadership role responsible for maintaining continuity, stability, and momentum across our clinical, operational, financial, and workforce analytics programs while a permanent leader is identified.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on healthcare analytics executive who can step in quickly, build trust with clinical and executive stakeholders, and keep high-priority initiatives moving without significant disruption. This role blends strategic oversight with operational leadership and requires deep familiarity with the unique demands of analytics in a hospital or health system environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Health Informatics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field strongly preferred.
- 7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience across clinical quality, operational, financial, and workforce analytics within a hospital or health system setting.
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory and quality reporting requirements (CMS, Joint Commission, HEDIS, MIPS).
- Proven ability to lead and stabilize teams during periods of transition.
- Prior interim leadership experience is a plus.
The pay rate for this position is $850 to $900 per day. The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
