Interim Director of Finance, Regional Operations

Kirby Bates Associates, a premier national healthcare leadership firm, is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Finance, Regional Operations in Wisconsin.

The Interim Director is responsible for directing and coordinating accounting and financial activities across three regions. This role ensures timely, accurate financial reporting and plays a key role in supporting regional leadership through sound financial stewardship, strategic planning, and operational execution.

As a member of the Regional Leadership Team, the Director partners closely with operational and administrative leaders and participates in committees as assigned.

Working in collaboration with the Vice President of Finance, Regional Operations, this position supports the execution of budgetary, financial, and operational initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and mission-driven objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• CPA and/or FHFMA certification beneficial but not required.
• Minimum of five to seven years of healthcare financial management experience.

Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.

The pay rate for this position is $950.00 per day ($247,000 annually).

Pay: $900.00 - $89,742.42 per day
