Schedule: Weekdays Only | Day Shift
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide outpatient clinical support at Branch Health Clinic, Dam Neck. This is a mission-essential role supporting military healthcare in a structured, team-oriented environment with a predictable weekday schedule and strong work-life balance.
Schedule & Work Hours- Monday - Friday only
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- 30-minute unpaid meal break for shifts over 6 hours
- Clinic closed on all federal holidays
- Schedule adjustments may occur during holiday weeks
Education: Graduate of a State Board-approved LPN/LVN program or equivalent military training
Experience: Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in an outpatient, ambulatory, or acute care setting within the past 2 years
Licensure: Current, active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license (any U.S. state or territory)
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
- Triage patients, collect vital signs, and document health histories
- Administer medications, immunizations, and IV therapies
- Assist providers with exams, treatments, and minor procedures
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Educate patients and families on care plans and follow-up needs
- Utilize electronic medical records and support clinic operations
- Outpatient military clinic (Medical Home Port model)
- Collaborative care team, including physicians and RNs
- Structured processes, protocols, and performance standards
- No telework - fully onsite position
- Stable weekday schedule with no weekends or holidays
