Education
Bachelor's degree in related field is required.

Summary
- The Communications Coordinator will provide communications and writing support, as well as a variety of specialized functions, to increase the organization's visibility through internal communications.
- The coordinator will assist in writing materials highlighting Jackson employees, as well as interacting with internal clients to deliver the organization's messages to staff.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and human resources, a plus.
- This is a project-oriented position.
- Position requires exercise ofindependent judgment.
- Specializes in and Exercise innovative insight and vision in effectively communicating important internal communications messages for a wide audience, as well as writing for public relations to promote Jackson to external audiences in various methods, including press releases, editorial content, and social media posts.
- Provide writing support for the Communications & Outreach team in the following areas: internal communications, media relations, digital communications, outreach/events, and patient experience projects.
- Work independently on various writing tasks, in compliance with deadlines.
- Manage logistics for events, including preparation of marketing materials.
- Participate in health system events, including supervision of activations.
- Demonstrate behaviors of service excellence and CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Expertise).
- Performs all other related job duties as assigned.
