Job Title: Counter Sales Representative
Department: Parts Department
Reports To: Parts Manager
ESSENTIAL, DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers who either visit the dealership or call by maintaining familiarity with all inventory products and merchandising programs; parts inventory and ordering systems; utilized and maintain parts technical resources with the most current information; and dealership credit policies.
- Acknowledge customers as soon as possible.
- Provide a good image to customers.
- Make outgoing phone calls to customers, to keep good customer relations.
- Look up parts in CDK Automotive DMS computer systems
- New product knowledge.
- Attend training classes.

Excellent verbal communication skills.
High School Diploma.
General Mechanical aptitude.
Familiar with automotive/truck components.
