ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with SVP Marketing on long-term and annual business and marketing plan
- Research and provide brand and market data as needed to SVP Marketing
- Lead and execute initiatives including event marketing, digital marketing, trade and sales team support, and direct to consumer marketing
- Project and Process Management: as determined by brand plans, partner with brand leadership to develop project timelines and traffic execution, coordinated with relevant departments, agencies and vendors
- Prepare reports to update stakeholders on monthly business results
- Support new product launches
- Partner with Sales to develop effective trade tools to drive distribution and velocity
- Manage components of the P&L: Marketing budget, sales forecast, COGS
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in business, marketing or finance
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a marketing-related position
- Proficiency in common programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Basic understanding of various pricing strategies across multiple markets and channels

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
