Responsibilities- Effectively follow instructions.
- Repair, replace, and install control systems in industrial and commercial environments.
- Use appropriate tools and testing equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members and maintain positive work conditions.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, carrying, bending, crawling, climbing, and balancing.
- Strong work ethic with an emphasis on safety.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
- Ability to work under supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Must pass a pre-hire drug screening test and background check.

This is a full-time position with 10-hour shifts. Weekend work and overtime are available. The successful candidate must be able to commute or relocate to Asheville, NC.
