Responsibilities
- Create an organized and efficient work environment for our technicians through proactive communication, planning and leadership
- Monitor field technicians to ensure that instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained.
- Communicate and coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, Owners and their Representatives in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and procure materials and equipment for projects.
- Delegate tasks to team members to promote efficiency, productivity, and safety.
- Establish operating procedures and work standards that will ensure adequate performance and personnel safety.
- Attend staff meetings and company-wide meetings.
- At all times, present a professional appearance to customers, other trades, and the Public. This includes language, proper attire, vehicle cleanliness, jobsite presentation, and care of JEC and others tools, equipment, materials, and property.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical publications, financial reports, specifications, drawings, change orders and blueprints.
- Knowledge of building automation systems, controls, fire alarms, DDC controls, commercial and industrial electrical.
- Excellent customer-relations skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Proper phone and email etiquette, with an emphasis on responsiveness.
- Ability to lead and organize a job and employees in a positive, productive and professional manner at all times.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.

Schedule
This is a full-time position with an 10-hour shift. Weekend work and overtime are available. The successful candidate must be able to commute or relocate to Greenville, SC.
