Job Responsibilities
- Lead and complete residential and commercial HVAC system installations to code
- Solder and perform electrical work associated with HVAC projects
- Size and install ductwork to specification
- Perform accurate system inspections and communicate findings to the customer
- Apply calculations required for HVAC work and project documentation
- Adhere to all Tennessee state HVAC codes and safety regulations
Requirements
Certifications — Required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Certifications — Preferred
- NATE Certification
- HVAC technical diploma or certificate from an accredited program
- A2L Refrigerant Safety Training (required per January 2025 EPA R-410A phase-out)
General
- High school diploma or GED required
- Clear background check required
- Pre-employment drug screen required
- Must submit copies of all licenses and certifications with application
