We’re growing and looking for experienced construction professionals to join our team!We are actively seeking Construction Superintendents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers with experience in big box retail construction and site development, including new gas station work. Our company partners with some of the largest retailers in the industry and has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects in multiple states, including Washington State, Arizona, Missouri, Minnesota, Texas, South Dakota, Idaho, Oregon.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementationAllocate resources for assigned projectsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsNegotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsFamiliarity with construction management softwareStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedManage construction projects from start to finishDevelop project schedules and budgetsEnsure compliance with building codes and safety regulationsEnsure projects are completed on time and within budgetOversee quality control and project deliveryRequired Skills:Experience in change orders and submittalsKnowledge of construction management and civil engineeringAbility to read architectural design and specificationsStrong estimating and proposal development skillsProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationSalary and Benefits:Competitive salary range from $65,590 to $125,000 annually, based on experience.
