What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Officer position at Jackson Crossing Mall?
These positions will include 1st and 2nd shift, as needed and may change from week to week. Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. The position involves being on your feet for long periods of time, doing some light maintenance, light housekeeping, etc. Must be good with people and self disciplined in certain situations. Internal monitoring for situations, assist businesses with issues, contact police as needed, write reports. Participate in training exercises, be alert, prompt, loyal and determined to make a positive difference. Prior security experience is highly preferred. Must follow dress code and wear uniform.
