What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance/Handyman position at Jackson Crossing Mall?
Handyman/maintenance for event set up. Detail cleaning, furniture moving, interior and exterior trash pick up, cleaning plant beds, mulching, tree/shrub trimming, parking lot maintenance and cleanup, groundskeeping.
Small equipment repair and maintenance. Inventory, order placing, door repairs, overall maintenance.
Tile and drywall repair a must, make ready experience, R&R ceiling tiles, painting, general repairs, concrete work, extensive cleaning with power washer, must have a good attitude with doing all types of jobs, assisting others and able to work alone. Need someone that is handy with all types of work or willing to learn.
Self-starter with little supervision. Follow instructions, have an eye for detail and really care about doing a good job.
This job is available for the right person. Background and drug test required.
Must have own transportation, be prompt and reliable. Be trustworthy and honest with integrity and good work ethic.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
