- 15-20 hours per week.
- Desired qualifications for this role include a background in public health, harm reduction associated with injection drug use, HIV, and Hepatitis C.
- Candidates with experience in trauma-informed care and an understanding of harm reduction strategies are highly valued.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health is preferred but not required for this position.
- Must pass a criminal background check prior to hire.
- Must submit an acceptable DMV certified court print prior to hire.

Example of Principle Duties and Position Functions:
- Working in the syringe exchange program clinic which includes interacting with clients to provide harm reduction strategies.
- Tracking and stocking syringe exchange program supplies.
- Coordinating the syringe exchange program advisory committee.
- Enter syringe exchange data, produce reports and analyze data.
- Providing syringe exchange program education to syringe exchange clients and community partners.
- Community presentations on the syringe exchange program and harm reduction strategies.
- Develop performance measures, and quality improvement projects.
Position Requirements:
Must be 18 years old.
Licenses, Certificates and Other Requirements:
- Valid Oregon State Drivers License with acceptable driving history.
