Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the school district, including bookkeeping, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems to ensure easy access to documents and records.
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and students through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Secretarial or related office experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Pleasant telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Good clerical skills, including typing, filing, and organizing.
- Ability to understand written or oral instructions, read, analyze, and interpret complex documents, instruction manuals, policies, and procedures.
