Department: Parks Rec Grade: 170 Salary: $22.29/hour Job Duties: Responsible for assisting the Marina Supervisor with managing, operating, and maintaining a full-service marina; makes daily operational decisions in the absence of the Marina Supervisor. May have immediate responsibility for the operation and maintenance of assigned projects, supervision, and equipment by which to complete them. Assists the Marina Supervisor with servicing the needs of slip holders who hold annual moorage leases with Jackson County, and for providing maintenance for watercrafts for public rental. Minimum Qualifications: · Associate's degree from an accredited college or university. · Four years of progressively responsible experience in Business Management. · Must have or obtain a Food handlers permit. · Must possess or obtain a valid Missouri Boater's Safety Card if applicable. · Must possess/maintain valid state Driver's License. · Must submit to/pass pre-employment drug screen and background check. · Must be available for weekend, evening, and holiday work.
