We’re Hiring: Transportation Program Manager!
Join our team and help lead safe, efficient, and reliable transit services for our community.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily transit operations, scheduling, and safety protocols
- Supervise staff (drivers, dispatchers, mechanics)
- Manage budgets, contracts, procurement, and compliance (ODOT/FTA)
- Lead training, quality control, and performance improvement
- Coordinate ADA, Drug & Alcohol programs, audits, and reporting
- Represent the agency in community partnerships and presentations
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Education in finance, accounting, business/public administration, human services or social sciences and 3 years’ experience in planning, logistics, transportation, or similar—plus leadership experience
OR a combination of coursework and experience in human services, finance, business administration, communications, HR, and transportation operations
✔ Valid Ohio driver’s license
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
Work Environment:
Office and fieldwork with exposure to varied weather, vehicles, and occasional physical demands.
