Description
The Vice President of Human Resources (VP/HR) provides day-to-day oversight of all Human Resources administrative and operational matters. The VP/HR directs the development and implementation of bank-wide human resources processes and programs, including recruitment and onboarding, employee development, training and retention efforts, compensation structure, benefits plans (including 401(k) and supplemental deferred compensation), human resources policies and procedures, performance management and evaluation, talent management, diversity and equity, Human Resource Information System (HRIS) database management, payroll processing, employee records and documentation, employee relations, recognition and engagement, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health, HR budget and Affirmative Action Plan administration. The VP/HR is also responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations related to personnel policies, records and reporting requirements. The VP/HR leads the Internal HR Committee, 401(k) Administration Committee and Employee Engagement Ambassador Group, as well as assists with the Directors’ HR Committee and serves as Co-chair of the Pandemic Committee. The VP/HR serves as the Bank’s SAFE Act Officer. The VP/HR interacts with Senior Leaders and other department heads on any/all matters affecting these functions and delivers periodic reports to Senior Leaders and the Board of Directors.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE
· A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting or Finance and 8 to 10 years related HR strategic management experience
required.
· Human Resource Education, Training or Certification preferred
