We’re looking for a Construction Estimator who’s ready to play a key role in our growth. This position is about more than numbers, it’s about building the foundation for successful projects from the very start.
What You’ll Do:
- Create detailed scopes for residential & commercial remodeling and new builds
- Price labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment
- Support Account Executives with proposals that help close sales
- Conduct job lookbacks to improve accuracy and cost forecasting
- Ensure estimates align with company goals and margins
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field
- 5 years of construction estimating experience
- Skilled with estimating software & Excel
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Organized, solution-oriented, and committed to accuracy
- Alignment with our Core Values
