Dutton Elementary School

4-hour Custodian

Responsible for opening school buildings in the morning and locking and securing all windows and doors at the end of the day. Adjust hours of work to meet individual school needs.

Clean and maintain campus grounds and facilities. Maintain all lawn and custodial equipment. Perform minor maintenance repairs as necessary. Request, receive, and maintain inventory of custodial supplies. Regulate heat, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems to provide temperatures appropriate to the season and conducive to learning. Exhibit positive human-relations skills. Any and other essential functions assigned by the Superintendent or his/her designee.

18 years of age-physically capable of performing required tasks.

Custodial experience preferred

School Custodian Salary Matrix

9-month contract

January 5, 2026, through January 16, 2026, or until filled.
