What You’ll Do
- Lead the creation, execution, and continuous optimization of enterprise recruiting strategies focused on improving fill rates, productivity, and overall performance across physician recruiting divisions.
- Drive innovation by designing modern sourcing frameworks, piloting emerging technologies, and reimagining pipeline development for hard‑to‑fill healthcare specialties.
- Leverage data, analytics, and automation to forecast needs, streamline processes, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Operations, and Analytics to align strategic recruiting plans with business objectives.
- Evaluate and implement ATS/CRM enhancements, automation tools, AI‑enabled sourcing, and workflow optimizations to elevate recruiter efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Serve as a strategic mentor and coach to recruiters at all levels, promoting best practices, accountability, and continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with marketing to design talent attraction campaigns, events, and brand‑building initiatives tailored to the physician market.
- Lead change management efforts to elevate the organization’s recruiting maturity, culture of adaptability, and commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- 7 years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare staffing, locum tenens, or a high‑volume staffing environment preferred.
- Proven expertise in building and executing large‑scale recruiting strategies, not just operating them.
- Demonstrated ability to introduce innovation new processes, technologies, sourcing channels, or operational models.
- Track record as a top‑performing full‑cycle recruiter with deep understanding of physician or specialized talent markets.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Advanced proficiency in ATS/CRM systems, automation tools, analytics dashboards, and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent professional experience.
