Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled menu items, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to food safety protocols
- Handle food preparation tasks such as marinating, seasoning, and portioning ingredients
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, and knives
- Assist in menu planning by providing input on popular dishes and ingredient needs
- Ensure proper food handling and storage practices to prevent contamination and waste
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy hours

Experience
Candidates should possess prior experience in a food service environment, ideally within a restaurant or fine dining setting. Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus. A strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards is essential. Familiarity with culinary practices such as knife skills, meal preparation, and catering will set you apart.
