Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips.
• Assist in setting up the bar area for busy nights, special events, or catering functions such as banquets or nightclub gatherings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours while managing time effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a pub, nightclub, or restaurant setting; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and cash handling.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and retail math calculations.
