An American Contemporary Menu with a Little Southern InfluenceOffering two distinct dining experiences, Jack’s on Pearl gives you options for your fine dining experience. Our main floor is set with white tablecloth dining featuring prime steaks, pecan shrimp, lemongrass with forbidden black rice and an on-site oyster bar. Our second floor features a more casual setting and large outdoor patio. Here, you can choose from a cast iron filet, prime steak tacos, wagyu french dip, oysters and much much more.
Both floors feature 12 local draft beers on tap, creative cocktails, and a robust wine list.The server is responsible for deliver a genuine Jack's hospitality to every guest at every table.
· Promote and maintain positive guests relations.
· Adhere to and maintain company policies and standards.
· Suggestively sell wine and food products.
· Follow all Jacks on pearl steps of service.
· Establish professional, hospitable rapport for each guest you serve.
· Comply with local alcoholic beverage laws.
· Comply with appearance and grooming standards of Jacks on pearl.
· Always exceed guest expectations, making their visit special.
· Perform opening, running and closing side work assignments.
· Always perform as a team member.
· Attend and participate in on-going training sessions.
Previous experience not required; In depth training provided from the outset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.87 - $35.00 per hour
