ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Produce buffet food.
- Set up buffet server area by opening time.
- Run pizza station, hot left and back kitchen.
- Keep buffet area clean and organized.
- Work with all kitchen cooking equipment.
- Provide a consistently high level of service.
- Identify issues and suggest potential solutions.
- Promote an atmosphere of teamwork.
- Take direction from the Banquet Lead Cook.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a full-service restaurant required.
- Experience with buffet food and banquets preferred, but not required.
