From subdivisions and stormwater systems to water infrastructure, site grading, erosion control, and roadway improvements, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Support project engineers and project managers throughout project design and construction phases.
- Assist in developing practical, efficient, and constructable solutions that meet project objectives and client needs.
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to develop civil engineering concepts, plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with public agencies, clients, contractors, manufacturers, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Utilize industry software to assist with grading, drainage, stormwater, water, sewer, and related civil infrastructure designs.
- Support permitting and agency coordination efforts as required.
- Respond to contractor questions and provide support during construction.
- Contribute to a positive team environment while continuing to develop technical knowledge and professional skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Successfully passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam and hold Engineer Intern (EI) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of civil engineering design experience.
- Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D drafting and design.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and site development practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
