AP/AR Specialist

We’re looking for an AP/AR Specialist who will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This person will own key functions across both accounts payable and receivable and help ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong communication internally and externally. Strong understanding of account receivables is required for this role.

This is an on-site role, we believe collaboration and speed matter, and this position is a key part of our in-office team.

What You’ll Do

• Handle accounts receivable (billing, collections, payment tracking)
• Process and manage accounts payable (invoices, vendor payments, reconciliations)
• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close processes
• Work cross-functionally with operations and leadership to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

What You Bring

• 2 years of experience in AP/AR or accounting support roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Comfortable working on-site in Vancouver, WA

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience in transportation/logistics
• Familiarity with accounting or TMS systems
• Experience working in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment
