Responsibilities
- Build and improve core product features used daily by customers
- Develop high-quality full-stack applications and user-facing experiences
- Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teammates to shape product direction
- Translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements
- Ship features rapidly while maintaining strong attention to performance and design quality
- Contribute to AI-powered workflows, automation systems, and internal tooling
- Help create intuitive and polished user experiences across the platform
- Participate in product planning, technical architecture, and feature prioritization
- Continuously optimize workflows, usability, and overall customer experience
Qualifications
- 0–4 years of software engineering experience, including internships or startup experience
- Strong full-stack development skills with modern web technologies
- Experience working with frameworks such as React, Next.js, Python, or similar technologies
- Ability to take projects from concept to production independently
- Strong product intuition and eye for user experience and interface quality
- Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Passion for building polished, customer-centric products
- Experience with AI tools, SaaS products, or workflow automation is a plus
- Startup, founder, or early-stage company experience is a plus
