We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Body Shop Estimator to join our automotive service team. This position is for a second experienced estimator. In this vital role, you will serve as one of the point of contacts for customers and insurance adjusters, accurately assessing vehicle damage and providing clear, comprehensive repair estimates. Your expertise will help streamline the repair process, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our body shop operations.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed.
- Collaborate with technicians.
- Prepare detailed auto estimating.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair estimates.
- Work closely with insurance adjusters to facilitate claim approvals and ensure estimates align with insurance requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
