Jack’s Deli & Restaurant has been a Cleveland staple for nearly 50 years, serving the community with classic deli favorites and a welcoming atmosphere. Under new ownership in 2026, we’re entering an exciting new chapter—and we’re looking for motivated, hardworking team members who want to be part of revitalizing a local favorite.

What We Offer:

• Flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time)
• Competitive earnings: most servers make $80–$150 per shift (including tips)

Schedule:
We are open 7 days a week:

• Sunday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Thursday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Shifts are flexible, but availability on weekends is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food promptly and check in with guests regularly
• Handle payments and process transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Reliable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
