General Manager

Jack Rose - Pontchartrain Hotel
New Orleans, LA Full Time
POSTED ON 8/2/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 9/2/2026

A manifestation of New Orleans’ love of celebration through food and drink, Jack Rose is the lively, eclectic culinary crown of the historic Pontchartrain Hotel in the Garden District. From intimate dinners in the Jack or Rose rooms to lively escapades in the Mile High Pie Club, small plates under our famous Lil Wayne portrait, or sipping sparkling rosé on the Rose Garden Patio—Jack Rose embodies the Crescent City’s signature joie de vivre.

Our menu features a mix of New Orleans’ craveable Italian, French, and Spanish dishes. The cuisine is unpretentious and skillfully executed, balancing tableside preparations and modern delicacies with vibrant cocktails and a wine list that skews heavily toward bubbles.

As part of QED Hospitality, we don't do cookie-cutter concepts. We run premier Food & Beverage operations in boutique hotels nationally, tailoring every detail to the region, the hotel, and the demands of the local market.
