The Technical Services Intern is responsible for supporting the Technical Services team in bringing to life all of Jack’s creative sparks and thoughtful insights. What You’ll Do
- Support the technical services team to execute live events, programs or permanent installations
- Assist in drawing floorplans for live events
- Coordinate communications between team members
- Explore vendor options and reach out for pricing
- Track project progress to ensure timelines are followed and updated accordingly
- Commit to 10 weeks (June – August) of hard work, learning, and fun, day in, day out
- College Degree or degree in progress. Great Fits: Degrees in Events, Hospitality, Theater (Technical Direction, Set Design, Stage Management, Lighting Design, etc.), and Communications
- CAD drawing skills either AutoCad or Vectorworks or both
- MS Suite proficiency, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail in any completed project
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Flexibility to engage with the team and on the work
- A rising college junior, senior, recent grad or grad student
- Extraordinary! Both as a person and a multi-tasker
