Job Description
Our needs are evolving. Our Fort Lauderdale base is expanding so we are seeking a Corporate Pilot to join our team in support of all enterprise functions. As a member of our aviation team, we are looking to you to contribute to our continuous improvement culture and perform the following duties:
Specifically, you will:
- Operate company aircraft in a safe and efficient manner per established company policies and procedures: abide by all FAR's, ICAO guidelines and in the manufacturers’ recommended configurations.
- Strive to exceed our customers’ expectations on each flight including providing options and solutions as flight times and business needs change.

- Take pride in ensuring the aircraft is clean and prepared for passengers.
- Proactively participate in the SMS: identify, report, and assist in mitigation of safety related issues and provide timely input to safety related topics and apply appropriate checklists to make sound decisions.
- Demonstrate a passion for building relationships with passengers and collaborating within our team.
- Show awesome character by acting with honesty and integrity.
- Be self-accountable and be driven to exceed short and long-term expectations.
- Maintain pilot proficiency and stay current with the industry including reading trade publication magazines or subscribing to FAA mailing lists; Biannually attend simulator training; annually complete Aircrew Academy ground training program.
- Write routine reports, correspondence, and speak effectively before both internal and external groups
- Assist the Director of Aviation, Director of Maintenance, or Chief pilot with requested tasks outside of flight assignments and assigned flight duties to move department forward.
Qualifications
To be successful in this Corporate Pilot role, you should possess the following education, experience and skills:
Required:
- Airline Transport Pilot certificate – Multi Engine
- 2000 hours Total Time
- 1000 hours Pilot in Command
- 500 hours Multi Engine Time
- Turbine Experience
- Must have and be able to retain a first-class medical certificate
- Excellent safety record, No FAA violations, accidents, or incidents
- Pass background checks to including those in accordance to TSA/HS regulations, and must release a copy of his/her FAA Airman Certification Record
- Working knowledge of FAR Part 91 and 135 operations
- Ability to travel 60-80% of the time
- Must have a professional appearance and behavior
- Must be exceptionally reliable and very timely
- Must be willing to relocate and live within 1 hour of Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in FAR Part 91 and 135 operations
- Prefer worldwide international experience (Europe, S. America, Asia)
- Challenger 350 Type Rating
- Helicopter Experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity suite
