Senior Cleaning Technician - Van Wert

Schedule:

• Core hours: 5:00pm – 1:00am
  

• Flexibility required based on client demands
  

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned facilities
  

• Supervise and support cleaning technicians across multiple sites
  

• Manage schedules and coordinate coverage for call-offs or absences
  

• Conduct audits to ensure quality standards are met
  

• Train and mentor new employees
  

• Communicate regularly with internal operations teams and clients
  

• Maintain and manage cleaning systems and reporting tools
  

• Oversee inventory and supply management
  

• Step in to handle additional responsibilities as needed
  

Requirements:

• Clean background check
  

• Clean driving record
  

• Reliable transportation to travel between Van Wert and Fort Wayne as required
  

• Strong communication and leadership skills
  

• Ability to work independently and with a team
  

• Previous supervisory or janitorial experience preferred
  

Compensation:

• $15.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience
