Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Wayne, IN, responsible for overseeing commercial flooring and interiors projects from planning through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating schedules, resources, and subcontractors; monitoring project progress; and ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role involves preparing project plans and documentation, managing change orders, tracking costs, and addressing issues or risks that may impact timelines or customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, field supervisors, and internal teams to clarify project requirements, communicate updates, and maintain strong relationships.
