Jack Laurie Group is hiring a Project Coordinator to support our growing Commercial Construction team in Indianapolis.

Submittals & Project Documentation
- Manage submittals from start to finish (creation, tracking, revisions, approvals)
- Coordinate material samples, shop drawings, and product data
- Work with Project Managers and vendors to ensure timely approvals
- Maintain accurate documentation in project systems
Closeouts & Project Completion
- Assemble and deliver project closeout packages
- Collect warranties, product data, and final documentation
- Ensure all required documents are completed and submitted on time
Project Coordination & Support
- Support Project Managers with daily project coordination tasks
- Track project progress, deadlines, and documentation
- Assist with client communication and deliverables
- Deliver samples or documents to job sites or client offices as needed
Systems & Reporting
- Update and maintain CRM and project tracking systems (Zoho preferred)
- Run reports and track submittals, closeouts, and project status
- Ensure data accuracy and organization across all projects
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Project Coordinator
- Construction Administrator
- Project Assistant
- Construction Office Support
- Project Coordinator
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with construction submittals, RFIs, or closeouts preferred
- CRM or project management software experience (Zoho is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Commercial construction environment
- Flooring, interiors, or subcontractor experience
- Basic understanding of construction project lifecycle
- Stable company with consistent project backlog
