Flooring Subcontractor

About the Opportunity

Jack Laurie Group is looking to build relationships with experienced flooring subcontractors to support our growing commercial and multi-family flooring projects throughout Northwest Indiana.

We are looking for reliable, professional flooring crews who take pride in their workmanship and can consistently meet project schedules and quality expectations. This is an opportunity to partner with an established Indiana flooring company and work on a variety of commercial and multi-family projects.

Flooring Experience Needed

We are looking for subcontractors with experience installing some or all of the following:

• Carpet
  

• Carpet Tile
  

• LVT
  

• LVP
  

• VCT
  

• Sheet Vinyl
  

• Ceramic / Porcelain Tile
  

Experience with commercial and/or multi-family projects is strongly preferred.

What We're Looking For

The right subcontractor will:

• Have proven experience with commercial and/or multi-family flooring installation
  

• Provide quality workmanship and attention to detail
  

• Be dependable and able to meet scheduled deadlines
  

• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on job sites
  

• Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades
  

• Have the equipment, tools, and manpower necessary to complete assigned work
  

• Be able to work independently while following project specifications
  

• Maintain appropriate licensing, insurance, and business documentation
  

• Be able to travel throughout Northwest Indiana and surrounding areas
