Your Responsibilities As a Team Leader
As a Team Leader, your role is to lead by example and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service. You support the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales performance, and help create a motivating and collaborative store environment. Your leadership plays a key role in achieving targets and maintaining high operational and visual standards.

Your Responsibilities As a Team Leader
As a Team Leader, your role is to lead by example and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service. You support the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales performance, and help create a motivating and collaborative store environment. DAILY TASKS
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Supervising and supporting the sales team on the shop floor
- Leading daily briefs and setting team goals in alignment with store targets
- Supporting with visual merchandising and maintaining brand presentation standards
- Assisting in training and onboarding new team members
- Monitoring and executing daily store operations, including stock management
- Acting as a keyholder and supporting opening/closing procedures
- You have experience in a similar role
- You like to interact with people
- You are interested in fashion
- You have good communication skills
- You thrive in a constantly moving environment
- You have a result driven mindset
