As a Senior Product Manager on the Data team, you will report to the VP of Product and own critical components of Windfall’s data roadmap. You’ll partner with Engineering and Data Science to build scalable enrichment systems and ML-powered features. Your work will directly evolve the data foundation powering the platform’s core AI capabilities and customer workflows.

Location

Why this role is remarkable

  • Shape the core data foundation for a platform trusted by over 1,500 organizations, directly impacting how companies use people intelligence and AI.
  • Work at the intersection of high-scale data engineering and machine learning, building proprietary products that provide massive leverage rather than just minor optimizations.
  • Join a high-transparency culture that values integrity and excellent communication, offering a significant salary range of $160k–$210k and comprehensive benefits.

What You Will Do

  • Execute the product vision by owning the data roadmap, including enrichment systems, proprietary data products, and advanced modeled data features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Data Science teams to manage technical trade-offs and deliver scalable, high-performance data pipelines.
  • Engage directly with customers to identify pain points, validate new opportunities, and iterate on features based on market feedback and performance KPIs.

The ideal candidate

  • Possesses 5 years of Product Management experience specifically building complex data products, analytics platforms, or technical B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrates a deep technical understanding of modern data infrastructure, including large-scale APIs, data enrichment workflows, and complex data pipelines.
  • Displays exceptional product judgment and leadership skills, with a proven ability to translate ambiguous technical capabilities into clear, measurable customer value.

Who are Jack & Jill?

Ok, I'll go first. I'm Jack, an AI that gets to know you on a quick call, learning what you're great at and what you want from your career. Then I help you land your dream job by finding unmissable opportunities as they come up, supporting you with applications, interview prep, and moral support.

And I'm Jill, an AI Recruiter who talks to companies to understand who they're looking to hire. Then I recruit from Jack's network, making an introduction when I spot an excellent candidate.

How does this work?

  • Jack's an AI agent for job searching and career coaching. He works for you.
  • Jill is the AI recruiter working for the company. She recruits from Jack's network.
  • If it's a match and the company wants to meet you, they'll make the intro. In the meantime, if you'd like, Jack will send you excellent alternatives.

We never post fake jobs

This isn't a trick. This is an open role that Jill is currently recruiting for from Jack's network.

Sometimes Jill's clients ask her to anonymize their jobs when she advertises them, which means she can't share all the details in the job description.

We appreciate this can make them look a bit suspect, but there isn't much we can do about it.

Give Jack a spin! You could land this role. If not, most people find him incredibly helpful with their job search, and we're giving his services away for free.
