Job Description

You will lead product engineering for a high-growth platform that enables creators to build and monetize white-labeled AI agents. As a core technical leader, you will architect full-stack features using Next.js and Python while driving the engineering culture during a critical scale-up phase in our San Francisco office.

What You Will Do

• Architect and ship production-ready features using a modern stack of React, tRPC, Next.js, TypeScript, and Python backend services.
• Collaborate directly with the founding CEO to define the product roadmap and make high-stakes technical decisions that impact growth.
• Lead and mentor a growing engineering team, establishing best practices for code quality and rapid deployment in an in-person environment.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• 4-12 years of professional experience with a track record of excellence at a Tier-1 tech company or as a CTO at a funded startup.
• Deep technical expertise in full-stack TypeScript/React and Python backend development, with a passion for the generative AI ecosystem.
• A high-velocity builder who thrives in an in-person, Mission District office environment and is ready for the responsibilities of technical leadership.
