Job Description

As the first Product Marketing Manager at the inventors of AI sales roleplay, you will own the narrative for a high-growth platform that 5x'd ARR last year. You will transform weekly product shipments into compelling market moments, arming sales teams with the ammunition needed to dominate a category we created and now must defend.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end positioning and go-to-market strategy for Practice, Perform, and Kota, turning technical capabilities into high-impact narratives that resonate with revenue leaders.
• Build a world-class sales enablement engine including battlecards, pitch decks, and demo narratives designed specifically for professionals who sell for a living.
• Lead competitive intelligence and analyst relations to maintain category leadership against emerging entrants, ensuring the team is armed with sharp, honest differentiation.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• 3 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of driving GTM motions that directly impacted pipeline and revenue growth.
• Exceptional storyteller who can translate complex, agentic AI technology into clear, visceral value propositions for both enterprise buyers and individual contributors.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments and possesses the cross-functional fluency to collaborate seamlessly with product, sales, and founding teams.
