You will own the execution and performance of high-volume client content campaigns across a network of over 10,000 accounts. By designing template strategies and managing account-group output, you will drive millions of monthly impressions. This role is essential for optimizing content performance, ensuring client retention, and scaling organic reach through agentic software.

What You Will Do

• Own the execution strategy for dozens of in-house social media accounts, overseeing hundreds of daily posts and directing content creators on production.
• Design, adapt, and deploy content templates for diverse client verticals including mobile apps, e-commerce, and iGaming to ensure performance readiness.
• Execute structured content tests to improve campaign-level stability and report data-driven insights cross-functionally to engineering and operations teams.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• Has 1-2 years of experience executing performance-oriented short-form content strategies with a proven track record of generating viral videos on TikTok.
• Possesses deep expertise in managing faceless or multi-account content systems at scale without relying on individual personality-driven creators.
