- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, dining area, and restrooms
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience for customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Basic understanding of sales and retail math principles
