Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our team as a team leader in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food service and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. As part of our restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive high-quality service and delicious meals and perform correct food safety standards . The ideal candidate need to be able work on night shift mini 1 night if wants a part time and 2 nights for full time and able to work weekend, we looking candidate have some experience on restaurant team leader
Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order taking and payment processing.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining an organized dining area for guests.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Skills
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Proficient in using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros for order management.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while providing outstanding customer service.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is a plus, along with cashiering experience.
