• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, including fryers and workstations
• Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure high-quality standards
• Assist with meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of hot, fresh dishes to customers
• Support the culinary team in menu planning and food presentation to enhance guest satisfaction
• Monitor oil levels and fryer temperatures regularly, making adjustments as needed for optimal cooking results

Skills

• Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling procedures
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, especially frying methods
• Experience in fine dining or restaurant environments that emphasize quality and presentation
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in basic cooking techniques
