The Bank Processing Clerk plays an integral part in the successful processing of bank data for Financial Institutions. This position works with a dedicated team to process back-office bank information in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will ensure that all data is keyed, verified, and accurate before processing. This position works onsite in our Lombard IL location in a second-shift environment that is typically 3 pm to 1130 pm.
This position will have an hourly salary range of $16.00-$22.00 The final salary will be set by the hiring manager depending on experience.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Performing electronic documents via 10 key data entry for bank processing.
- Verifying entries for accuracy and completeness to properly balance bank work.
- Sending and receiving bank file transmissions.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
- Must have 1-year of experience entering data via 10 key numeric data entry.
- Must be attentive to detail and have the ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Banking or Financial Industry Experience
- Remittance Processing Experience
